Pricing questions
Why is "Smart" targeting priced higher than "Broad"?
Targeting specific SA1s within a postcode triggers AusPost's Select rate (or a distributor's equivalent), which costs more per 1,000 than delivering a whole suburb. We show you the cost-per-qualified-household both ways so you can see the ROI trade-off.
What does the price include?
Delivery to every deliverable letterbox in your selected area, GST, and your completion report. Printing and shipping your flyers to the lodgement address is on you.
How is the household count calculated?
We start from ABS Census dwelling counts per SA1, then subtract an estimate of "no advertising material" addresses (~36% nationally, adjusted by dwelling and tenure mix). You pay for deliverable letterboxes, not total dwellings.
