-
1. Service description
DropZone is a booking platform connecting customers with distribution providers — Australia Post Unaddressed Mail and our network of independent distribution businesses. We coordinate fulfilment; we do not personally deliver.
-
2. Provider variability
Fulfilment may be via Australia Post or any partnered distributor. We choose the provider per job. You trust the platform to deliver the outcome; you see one price and one timeline.
-
3. Delivery promise
We deliver on a best-effort basis within the nominated window. As is standard across the industry, we do not guarantee that any individual household receives an article.
-
4. No-junk-mail exclusions
Approximately 36% of Australian addresses display "no advertising material" signs and are excluded for commercial mail per Australia Post requirements. These addresses are not counted or charged.
-
5. Artwork compliance
You warrant that your artwork is legal, not misleading, does not infringe third-party rights, and complies with Australia Post Unaddressed Mail content rules.
-
6. Refund and cancellation
Before artwork approval: full refund minus a $20 admin fee. After approval but before stock is received: full refund minus the greater of 5% or $50. After stock is received: no refund, as the provider has committed.
-
7. No-show fee
If your printed material does not arrive at the lodgement address by the ship-by date, no-show fees apply per the relevant provider's policy and are passed through to you.
-
8. Limitation of liability
Our liability is capped at the value of the order. We exclude liability for consequential loss to the extent permitted by law.
-
9. Australian Consumer Law
For consumer transactions, the guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law apply and nothing in these terms overrides them.
-
10. GST
All displayed prices are inclusive of GST. Business customers can request a tax invoice from their dashboard.
-
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
-
12. Dispute resolution
Disputes are handled first through our internal complaints process, then mediation, then the courts.
