Booking & delivery
How long does delivery take?
Standard is ~10 business days, Express ~5, Verified 5–10. The exact delivery window is shown on your quote and confirmation.
Who actually delivers my flyers?
Either Australia Post's Unaddressed Mail service or one of our partnered local distribution businesses — we route each job to whichever delivers your area best. You see one price and one timeline regardless.
Do you guarantee every household receives a flyer?
Like the whole industry, delivery is best-effort within the nominated window. Addresses displaying "no advertising material" signs are excluded for commercial mail and are not counted or charged.
Where do I send my printed flyers?
Your confirmation gives you a single lodgement address and a ship-by date. Bundle into 100s with rubber bands; we provide a bundling instructions PDF.
Targeting
How accurate is the demographic targeting?
We use ABS Census 2021 data at the SA1 level — areas averaging ~400 people. We target areas, never individual households or residents.
What can I filter by?
Household income, family composition, dwelling type, tenure (owned/mortgaged/rented) and household age. Filters combine with AND.
Verified tracking
How does live tracking work?
On Verified-tier jobs, the distributor's walker uses our app. You see an anonymised dot move along the streets in real time, a households-complete counter, and — when finished — the full GPS route as proof.
Is the walker identifiable?
No. You only ever see an anonymous position and the route within your job's targeted area. Walkers consent explicitly to tracking and can revoke it.
Why isn't Verified available everywhere?
Verified requires a tracking-enabled distributor for every postcode in your job. Where our network doesn't reach yet, we tell you upfront — we never silently downgrade.
Payment & cancellation
When am I charged?
We authorise your card at checkout but only capture the charge once your artwork is approved. If anything blocks the job before then, the authorisation is voided cleanly.
Can I cancel?
Yes, with a staged policy: before artwork approval, a full refund minus a $20 admin fee; after approval but before stock arrives, minus the greater of 5% or $50; once the drop is underway, no refund. The policy is shown at checkout.
